Sounds great and has noticeably improved my acceleration. It's fun to hit the accelerator and hear it roar. Otherwise, it's not loud. Must say that it's easy to install, but was missing a nut and the directions aren't super clear in a couple steps. Easy to manage though.

It has a nice rumble but so far that's all the good I can say about it. It took about three miles to the gallon away from my gas mileage and hasn't enhanced my horsepower at all. I'm going to the dealer tomorrow and see what might be going on with it.

I installed this on a 2016 Tacoma. There is a lot of disbelievers on the forum I follow about installing a performance intake--I'm glad I didn't listen. Not only does this intake create a nice, noticeable engine grumble, I have also noticed a slightly more responsive throttle while noticing a small gain in HWY MPGs. I do prefer this model compared to the chrome model as is does not distract too much from the engine bay--personal preference.
