I installed this at 38,000 miles on my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 with the 5.3 Liter. I can't say the fuel mileage is better in town, seems to be little or no change but on the highway, I am getting approximately 1 to 1.5 MPG more. I can say with 100% certainty that the Throttle response has improved. I can only attribute this to the increase of air flow into the combustion chamber.

I ordered the Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer because the review said it did not make the annoying whistle that other TBIs make. They were right. I installed after my K&N intake and noticed a difference in my MPG and Power with both installed. They didn't seem to make a difference from 0-25 MPH but from 25-60 MPH it seems like my truck has alot more get up and go. I would highly reccomend this with the K&N intake. No problems with either so far.
