Overall good product. Quality of material is excellent. Performance seems to be enhanced somewhat along with fuel milage, only time will tell. Installation was not as smooth as expected. There is definelty some variation between model years as not everything in the pictorials matched up. Also, written instructions need to be more exact and proper nomenclature used. For example, I was directed to remove a bolt on the cylinder head to install a provided bracket when it was actually a hold down bolt on the thermostat housing.

Bought this AEM cold air intake for my 3g eclipse gts. I had a problem paying by paypal (my bank's fault) and had to call to order. The representative that took my call was very curteous, friendly and very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was his only customer. I Recived the intake in 3 days! Easy install, very sexy look and noticed increased in performance right away and gave my car a nice growl both when starting up and driving. IF you're undecided on which brand to go with AEM is the way to go. Make sure you get it from auto anything because you will not find a lower price anywhere and you can't beat the free shipping. I am a very satisfied costumer.

my stratus is stock for now, with the cold air intake it definitly improved the throttle response and increased acceleration. with exhaust it would be even better, also gives the motor a more aggressive roar than stock air filter, definitly worth the buy, and would recommend to a friend.

After i put my intake in i could tell a pretty decent increase in horsepower. My engine sounded a lot better and my muffler had more of a crackle to it. My MPG when up quite a bit also. i recommend putting the lower end of the system in from under neith the car, not through the engine compartment. I didnt have enough room to fit the filter and the last few pieces of tubing through the top as the directions said. However, i really like the result of putting the intake system in my car. I'm extremely pleased.
