It was a tough choice between an Injen application or AEM when I decided to upgrade my intake. My mechanic was able to fit it just fine. I opted to not cut into my fender and do experience a slight vibration but only when I am idling in drive. Overall the sound really adds to the experience of driving my car and the increased acceleration and aesthetic appeal under the hood have left me completely satisfied with my decision.

Sounds, looks, and performs very well!

Didn't take long for me to get it and the price was unmatched. I did all my research and love what came from this purchase. I'll be back again for more parts from autoanything. The part was fairly easy to install, I didnt bother cutting the plastic to the wheel well. The sound gets sporty only at higher rpms. Very slick.

Definitely surprised!

I have usually used ICEMAN intakes for all my Civics over the years... But this time I used AEM on my 2010 Civic LX... Mid-range RPM is where I feel the difference the most.. Almost "twitchy" now compared to what I had before... 4BHP doesn't sound like much... but when you are starting out with only 100BHP, 5% is a considerable difference... I took the chance since AEM could not guarantee that this unit would work on a 2010 model... However, after doing some homework, the parts and placement were identical to the previous years....
