It fit my car like a glove the first time I installed it. I bought it because I needed this to pass my Smog test in CA. It came with the CARB approves sticker which passed smog. Very happy with it and would recommend it.

Even if you never notice any performance change, that is horse power, gas mileage, torque, any change at all, this is still an awesome buy. My Civic is fully stock, not even an aftermarket exhaust, and this alone makes it sound like a race car from the inside. With a little bit of throttle the intake roars and you can hear it breath. And it looks cool under the hood of course.

This is a great product. We just bought our son a 99 Civic that he is in the process of fixing up. The air intake looks so nice, sounds great, and makes the car drive better. The installation was a little complicated so you will need to be mechanically inclined to do it yourself.
