The install was fairly straight forward and the fit and finish is outstanding. Intake noise under throttle has a nice deep tone.

Very easy to install. I bought a new AIT sensor so I wouldn't have to take it out if I needed to place the factory intake back on for warranty work. Loosen a couple of clamps and a bolt and unplug the AIT sensor and remove in one piece. Piece of cake. I got better mileage also. Just have to keep my foot out of the throttle. Love it. Kurt

WOW!!! I can feel the difference and it sounds mean when I get my foot in it. I only had one problem with installation: I trimmed the crankcase breather hose before I installed the engine cover. But luckily Auto Zone had plenty to spare. Caution to all shadetree mechanics; dont trim anything until it's all back together!

I bought the stage 2 intake. After installing the unit I found out that it hit the hood. The hood fits tight and puts pressure on the hood. The Intake could fit better. I asked for 2008 and the package fits 2005 and 2006. Over all works great not better in gas mileage yet. But more hp.

I completed the installation in 30 minutes. The CAI is nice and quiet until you hit + 3k RPM. Then you can really hear the CAI rumble. MPG went from 21.0 to 22.5 which is nice for the 5.7 HEMI. (I drive 65% Highway and 35% City) It seems like it has a little more power as well.

Everything was done real well. See improved performance and fuel mileage increase. Just two problems came up in the install. The tubing path is very tight and probably needs a reduction in tube diameter and that the tube rubs on the unerside of the hood in one spot. Other than that it went in easy.

Very nice looking well put together aftermarket piece. I am impressed with the looks and quality if the materials. Only recently installed. Sure beats the old airbox in the engine compartment of the Charger SRT8. A pleasure to open the hood and see. Sounds cool as well, much throatier upon peddle depression. Not sure of gas mileage or extra power, as too new to the car. Had Mechanic install and he said the tube was kind of a tough fit, but overall well constructed pieces, and easy to put in. I would highly reccommend to anyone thinking of adding this mod.
