Read reviews extensively and was led to believe would be a simple install. Not so. directions were very small...went online but pictures really not any more helpful. Could have really used some high resolution photos online to help explain the steps. Also, directions were not as good as they could have been on a few steps..implied some actions but didn't state them. Definitely has a different startup sound...can hear the air rushing in...and it does seem to have a bit more pep...been driving this jeep for 15 years without it and it seems to be a decent improvement in responsiveness. Getting ready for a 500 mile move with the jeep loaded down...will be curious if the extra HP help at all. More later... DB Newport RI

Overall, there is an improvement in engine response. better throttle response, some more power, and yeah, a little bit better sound. horsepower wise, i would say i maybe gained 5 or so, but it doesn't feel like that much. the biggest improvement for me, is overall throttle response, whether going wot or just cruising. some sound improvement, but overall about the same as stock. pretty easy installation and very good and detailed instrunctions. overall good product for the price.

Definitely worth the $... Got it set up in just under one hour, with minimal knuckle knockage and frustration... Added a couple of miles per gallon if I stay off the gas, and a decent amount of power with a growl when I don't... Sounds good with a Flowmaster into duals...
