Competitive price, installation was easy and dressed it up underneath the hood. Performance gained and sound of exhaust improved.

Looks great, seems to have improved performance. I also replaced the stock mufflers with Magnaflow mufflers the day before. A little more guidance on how to manipulate the parts to put the air filter on would have been helpful. Other then that it went well.

I had a Roush Air intake earlier which was not legal in California. I wanted to put something which is state legal before selling off my car. I had tried putting back the Ford intake and I could make out the difference in performance and sound. But this one was pretty much the same performance as my Roush one. But the sound is lesser than the Roush.

The pros: The system is good quality, fit is good and there is noticable improvement in throttle response. This is not going to make a drag car out of the mustang, but there is a boost. It looks pretty sharp in the car. The Con: for this era mustang GT the filter installation is a nightmare. I had to jack the car up on one side and install the filter blind in the finderwell. Whoever's brainchild this was needs to be put in a corner with a dunce cap on. Those folks who say a 10 minute installation must have a lift or gumby arms. Also, the instructions leave a lot to the imagination - again, this is intended for folks with moderate degree of mechanical aptitude. Overall, I would still buy this again, but I wish the filter was not such a bear to install/clean. A+++ except for the installation

I bought this intake because I wanted to get better mileage and throttle response while possibly gaining some economy. This kit fits really well. Everything that you require for the installation is in the kit.It look really good under the hood and is very well made. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was the EGR tubes began to develop surface rust inside the inlet tube and that one of the cross over hoses was a little short after installing the kit. Other than that, everything was Great. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Looks and sounds nice, feels like better throttle response on the big end. Some hoses did not fit properly and the filter installation up inside the inner fender was difficult, but overall satisfied

I shopped around a while for an intake for my 2003 Mustang GT and found that the bbk intake is by far the best bang for the buck! I couldnt be more happy with the way it looks under the hood and noticeable horsepower difference. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for great quality and a price to match!
