I just installed the intake in my 2000 Chevy S10 over the weekend and for a nub like me, I was able to install it in about 1.5 hours. The small issue that I had was the darn grommet. Other than that, instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. I defnintely feel the extra hp & torque on the S10 that is lacking in power. Not only does it add more HP, the engine bay looks so much better and it sounds great as well. As far as extra gas milage, I haven't driven it long enough to notice. I would definitely purchase Spectre's intake for another vehicle that I get and refer the Specre brand to a friend.

This was a very easy installation, very laid out on what to do. Only problem was that the washer for the vibrator mount was to small but that didnt matter anyways. I can def hear the difference as well as feel the difference going from a start. I would say it def helped my little 4 cylinder s10 truck out. Now all I need is a good exhaust system to take full advantage of the flow of air.

pretty easy install a couple of needed modifications but overall well worth the money. needless to say my little four cylinder moves right on out of its own way now. and it toned down the overall noise which was an added bonus.
