Clean install, looks great.

Went together easily except I had to modify the clips holding the heat shield to the intake box, no big deal. I had some trouble with the air filter slipping off the intake but that was my fault. I was over tightening the clamp causing it to be forced off the mounting cone.It was a complete package, nothing was missing.

NICE but tricky to install

The metal pipe NEEDS to be about 1.5 inches longer overall. It takes a BIT of stretching tyo get it all together. MAJOR HINT...START FROM THE THROTTLE BODY & ASSEMBLE BACK TOWARDS THE AIR BOX. THIS HAS INCREASED MY MPG BY 2.3 MPG...SOUNDS GREAT, WORKS BETTER...

Amazing CAI

This is an amazing Cold Air Intake for the price. About half the price of a K&N CAI. The instructions were a little hard to read, but you can download the PDF from the site, and you can read them better. My truck can breath now, with better throttle response, the sound is amazing with the flow master dual exhaust. Get one, you won't be sorry!

Great fit

Product is good quality for money. Fits great under the hood. Very easy to install. Has less noise than old one of another brand. Acceleration seems smoother and looks really clean under the hood. Have not checked gas mileage.

Installed on my 2013 F150 5.0. More low end torque and seems to be quicker. Mpg is 19.5 going 70 mph with a tune and throttle body spacer. I have a level, 33s, and a bumper replacement guard on my truck. Very impressed with mileage increase.

It sounds good and my mileage went up a little. My only problem was the fit, the chrome tube would not reach the filter, had to use metal tape to make it fit. Other than that I'm happy with it. see picture

So simple

Sound of Power

In past trucks I've replaced exhaust systems, air filter, plugs and sometimes a chip all to attempt to increase power. For the first time I tried a Spectre Cold Air Intake first and received the same kind of results as if I changed all of those past products. My MPG has increased and throttle response is quicker ( noticeably ) the exhaust sound slightly changed until you get on it and then it sounds fantastic just like a flo-master or others. Love it and have termed it, Sound of Power.
