installation, easy. hasn't been in use long enough to see any difference.seems to me that it is causing a restriction in intake. i hope the increased air swirl and velocity make a difference

Not sure about power or mileage increases. I installed the Helix, with an AEM cold air intake, along with pulstar plugs, and didn't really notice much. Once I installed the Bully Dog programmer, things changed. Power increase is very noticeable, and I'm averaging 1.5MPG more, which is over a 10% increase!

I am a good mechanic, and tried this out and have a 5.7 in a Toyota tundra ,I have had this installed for about 2 weeks ( a very easy install 10 min,) I have driven this a 55, 75 on I 10 interstate ,have put about 2 full tanks through , and my increase in M P G is about 2 tents of a gallon ,and really can't tell any extra power

Great product and installation is a simple as it gets. Throttle response definite improvement. Increased gas mileage is questionable but will find out very soon after upcoming road trip.

Received part as promised, installation was easy, a little pricy for all it is. Haven't been able to check fuel mileage. And by the way there's no extra added noise, during acceleration.

I installed this thing in minutes. I love the sound it makes when I open it up. I've got a k&n series 77 cold air and a hypertech interceptor programmer also. When you load 1000 pounds of firewood in the bed and get on I20 and set the cruise at 80; the tundra won't even kick down to climb hills. You tundra owners Probaly know what I'm talking about. I leave people sitting at the red lights like you wouldn't believe. Love it .

I had already installed kn cold air intake and magnaflo exhaust, this just added more air to the motor, sounds at any speed like u can suck in mean air, extra mileage not really noticed but little more power was, I would say if u want to add all three that would work but not too confident in added it by itself
