Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer

Reviewed By Johnnie C (LAKELAND, FL) Reviewed for a 2008 Chevy Corvette —7/2/2013 8:14 AM

Installed in combination with the Airaid Cold Air Intake. The vehicle definitely has better throttle response at low rpm. At idle and low rpm's, there is no delay in engine response. The vehicle has the extra air that it needs when it gets the additional fuel. The Jeep 3.8L engine was a dog before the Airaid parts. Now the Jeep acts like it should.

Jet 62139 Throttle Body Spacer 2018 Challenger SRT 392

Reviewed By Kimberly S (Waddell, AZ) Reviewed for a 2018 Dodge Challenger —5/15/2018 5:56 AM

Easy install, following the instructions it took about 30 minutes to install. The spacer is a tight fit into the throat of the intake so make sure the bolt holes align before completely inserting it into the intake. The tightening of the bolts require precise torque. Use a calibrated torque wrench and start at 40 in/lbs and work up to specifications. Consider the +/- 3 to 4 lbs difference on your wrench as this might lead to over torque and stripping intake manifold.
