Jet 62139 Throttle Body Spacer 2018 Challenger SRT 392

Reviewed By Kimberly S (Waddell, AZ) Reviewed for a 2018 Dodge Challenger —5/15/2018 5:56 AM

Easy install, following the instructions it took about 30 minutes to install. The spacer is a tight fit into the throat of the intake so make sure the bolt holes align before completely inserting it into the intake. The tightening of the bolts require precise torque. Use a calibrated torque wrench and start at 40 in/lbs and work up to specifications. Consider the +/- 3 to 4 lbs difference on your wrench as this might lead to over torque and stripping intake manifold.

2012 Chally RT, 6 SPD

I added the spacer on my 2012 R/T. Whistle was VERY SLIGHT, much less than most noted IMO. I DID do a b4/after mpg test by resetting the car's MPG counter, drove VERY similarly, added the spacer, reset MPG counter and drove approx. under the same conditions, and REALLY noticed mpg increase (about 3.5-3.8 MPG BETTER, so pays for itself. Power wise, maybe a BIT MORE low end TQE, or cud b just better response. Only complaint, had to use long bolts vs instructed short ones. WUD DEF RECOMMEND!!!!!
