HPS Performance Short Ram Air Intakes Reviews

HPS Short Ram Air Intake installed on 2013 Honda Fit Sport 5spd

Great Bang for the Buck! Researched short ram intake vs. cold air intake and in the end opted for HPS Short Ram Kit for my 2013 Honda Fit, as Honda integrates a duct under the hood that brings cold air from grill back and dumps it right on the air filter - so the extra cost of a cold air intake did not make sense to me. Installation was easy. Throttle response is improved, wonderful sound when V-TEC kicks above 3000RPM for price can't beat it - actually enjoy driving to work and still 32+mpg

Lowest priced Air Intake i could find for my accord. Increase gas mileage right away by 1 MPG. Great sound! I knew there was an engine in there somewhere and now i can hear it when i want to. would recommend to everyone.

K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems Reviews

2013 Honda Fit K & N intake system.

Reviewed By Raymond C (BUELLTON, CA) Reviewed for a 2013 Honda Fit —5/15/2013 9:45 AM

Seems to work well, just not enough miles on my new Fit. The car is so quiet it's good to hear the intake howl some to let you know the motor is running! Putting it it is not easy. If you're not somewhat of a gear head look out. I suggest an exhaust upgrade to really make this work well. Possibly just remove the front muffler for less back pressure. The kit itself is well made and the parts are true to fit. Taking out the old air box is a knuckle breaker. First tank, averaged 36 mpg.
