K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (50-State Legal) Reviews

Just the extra pull and sound I was seeking

Reviewed By Chi-Kai H (REDMOND, WA) Reviewed for a 2007 Honda S2000 —3/30/2016 10:00 PM

I was seeking an easy add-on to my S2000 that would make the biggest performance gain for the buck. There were a number of forum posts saying this was the one, so I picked it up. Installation wasn't that straight forward as the directions were missing a few specific notes on which washer/screws to use. Then I had to punch a 5/8" hole in the plastic and shove a rubber insulation piece for the O2 sensor. In any case it got in and WOW...sounded great and pulled just that much harder.

A big fan of AEM intakes

Reviewed By Ryan Z (Metamora, MI) Reviewed for a 2007 Honda S2000 —2/9/2015 6:31 AM

Have an AEM CAI on both my RSX-S and S2000. The butt dyno can feel the small difference, and it makes the K20 sound beautiful. Increase in intake noise is minimal at low RPM, but it really sings in the top range.

Solid upgrade to stock airbox

Reviewed By Cynthia R (JERSEY CITY, NJ) Reviewed for a 2001 Honda Accord —10/18/2018 5:15 AM

My stock intake pipe was literally falling apart and held together by tape. Finally pulled the trigger and picked this up and it has been fantastic. Puttering around town it isn't loud but put your foot down and you'll see the difference. The car feels faster but could also be the increased noise influencing my perception of speed. Somewhat easy install. The older your car and less maintained the engine bay is the harder it may be as things may be rusty and stuck. About 45min install.
