Poweraid On 2000 Nissan Frontier

Reviewed By Allen G (Jacksonville, FL) Reviewed for a 2000 Nissan Frontier —2/16/2007 9:39 PM

It was a little tough to install because the throttle body doesn't move out of the way very well, however, the moment this throttle body spacer was installed, I noticed instant results. My Horse Power increased to a level at which I can now beat lower liter V8's off the line now. There is also a faint whistling coming from it when you are at about 3000 to 4000 RPM's. It makes the engine sound supercharged. THE WHISTLE MEANS IT'S WORKING!!! I haven't really noticed any gains in gas mileage, but then again, ever since I got the Poweraid, I've been a bit of a leadfoot.LOL. Overall, I'm very happy with this throttle body spacer. A definete good buy!!!

Great Addition

Reviewed By Brian D (HUBERT, NC) Reviewed for a 2013 Nissan Frontier —10/8/2014 8:09 AM

I've tested the gas mileage difference between having this addition and not having it and still haven't came to a good conclusion. It seems like I've added a few MPG, but nothing too crazy. The sound is good and it was easy to install. I'll know more once I tune the vehicle. I'm very happy with it. Thanks for reading.

Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer Reviews

Reviewed By Vicky V (Harrisburg, PA) Reviewed for a 2014 Nissan Frontier —3/15/2012 6:12 PM

Good results with Jet TBI spacer.Easy install on Ford 02 F-150, 5.4l. Comes with 3 identical spacers that set-back the cruse and throttle cable bracket. Cables needed no adjustment(great!), but one spacer is used to anchor the stock, plastic, TBI cowl; and it's too short ( I left my cowl off, no great loss). You might have to shorten the air intake tube. I did for my Voliant CAI. Jet TBI spacer steadied my idle speed, increased throttle response, and improved my av/mpg by @1.5 mpg. What's not to like? Autoanything was cool, as usual. Best prices and service!Hope this helps...Paul
