Air Intake Systems

1999 Bmw 3 Series Air Intake Systems

The quickest and most popular way to squeeze every last opportunity for power in your car or truck has to do with air consumption. The air intake system was designed from the factory to provide just enough airflow while reducing engine noise and clutter. Unfortunately, most of these designs are not designed to let the most airflow through to your engine. Think of trying to exercise while taking short small breaths, compared to taking big deep breaths. The difference is pivotal. Let that engine breathe freely with one of our cold air intake kits. Check out our Car Air Intake Systems Buying Guide.
Not sure which 1999 BMW 3-Series Air Intake Systems are right for you? We have over 20796 customer reviews, with an average rating of 4.5, to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Here's what some of our customers have said:

"Whoever said that you can't improve upon BMW's intake, had it completely wrong. This intake gave the car that low end grunt our cars are missing. It's nothing spectacular, but makes the Ultimate Driving Machine even more Ultimate. The added sound is nice and not overbearingly "racer" unless you like holding the throttle down wide open. Not the cheapest upgrade, but well worth it, because guess what... no upgrades for our cars are cheap. Highly recommend. (and it's fully C.A.R.B. approved" —Eric C from San Diego, CA bought an aFe Cold Air Intakes for a 1999 BMW 3-Series, 328i, E46, 2.8L 6-cyl. engine.

In addition to BMW 3-Series Air Intake Systems, you may also enjoy one of these popular products: Stampede Trail Riderz Fender Flares, NK Rock Tamers Mud Flap System, SenSen Shocks.

AEM DryFlow Cold Air Intake Replacement Filters

Oiled Filters Suck

I had an oiled filter, won't name brand and it ended up coating my MAF with oil and it did not work. My engine ran rough. I cleaned the MAF and installed an AEM filter and it runs terrific. This is a great product, I even bought another one for my Roushcharged Mustang CAI, it came with an oiled air filter too. View more reviews...

Injen Replacement Air Intake Filters

Just what you need!

I bought this air filter and when I say it came in perfect condition, I mean it. It came spotless, with a nice stainless steel adjustable tie, and it fits very snug on the intake. It sounds so nice at wide open throttle as well, anyone looming to buy an air filter should consider buying it from INJEN View more reviews...
