I've noticed more torque and power and no ugly sound or whistle but my MPG Has actually dropped 1.5 and thinking of removing! I was getting. 12.8 city now I'm getting 11.3 if I keep out of it

It was extremely easy to install and after fuse pull to reset ECM, beyond perfect idle (was very good before) and noticed a solid feel and quicker response when accceleraring. Also added a ram air cold intake a week later and together...what a nice surprise!

So far I am pleased with the low end torque from the TBS. The installation was more difficult due to the way the Honda 2.4 throttle body attaches to the intake manifold.More of the engine cover has to be removed to access the back nuts for the tb &spacer.
