Lund Truck Ramp Kit

Just what I needed!

I needed to load my portable generator and lawn mower on my Ranger Truck unassisted. I followed the instructions carefully but please note, Douglas Fir knot free 2x8's are not that easy to find, so I opted for best construction grade I could find. I wanted a safety rail on the outer edges of the boards anyway to guide wheels and fastened metal 2x4's to provide added strength. The ramps worked perfect, but as always make sure you load with all safety rules in mind. View more reviews...

Metro Air Force Blaster Car & Motorcycle Dryer

JP's Review

I'm a fanatic about keeping my cars and motorcycle clean. I've used another brand dryer for years and thought it was the the best. Two weeks before I was putting my bike in a show, my other dryer quit. Panic. I had seen the adds for Metro Air Force in American Iron magazine and decided to check it out. I orderd it and used it right away. Awesome! Much more power than my other one and the heated air made it even faster. Excellent product. View more reviews...

Lund Bi-Fold Loading Ramp

Rework the straps!

Overall ease of assembly wasn't too bad. A little lubrication helps the rubber "hinges" slip in easier. The straps still have me confused. The diagram in the instruction manual is confusing and not easy to figure out. I still don't think I have the straps installed correctly, but it works for as little as I intend to use the ramps (to load and unload a snowblower from my pickup). The quality of workmanship on the ramps is outstanding. They're not too bulky to carry around, and look nice. A sharper, or more flatly angled end (where they touch the ground) would be helpful, as the little "hump" takes a little extra effort to get over. Other than the complicated straps, this is a good buy. Lund really needs to rethink the strap issue, though. View more reviews...
