When you've got an itch to hit the trails on your 2-wheeler, the last thing you want to do is waste time tearing down your bike. But, most truck bed bike racks out there force you to pop off your wheel to get a secure fit. What a pain.

Well, times have changed. Thanks to the Advantage SportsRack Truck Bed Bike Rack, you never have to wrench on your hubs, fiddle with your chain, or find a place to stash your loose wheel. Simply fit your wheel into one of the open slots on your Advantage SportsRack Truck Bike Rack, and you're ready to rock and roll over to your favorite rocky trailhead.

Best of all, your Advantage SportsRack bed rack mounts securely to your pickup without any drilling needed. It's equipped with bumper-cushioned screws, so a couple turns is all it takes to seat it securely. And, if you need to haul oversized gear in your bed, it's just as fast to remove. You also get a lockable security cable and a Lifetime Warranty.

Know the largest wheelsize of your bikes

Firstly, great service and price from AutoAnything. I neglected to read the description fully and this rack does NOT properly fit bike wheels that are 700c (29"). Two of the three bikes I have that were going to utilize this rack do not fit all the way into the slot. Another thing to keep in mind is the wheel wells of the truck. My 2016 Tacoma is too narrow in the front of the bed to accommodate this rack.

Best Truck Bed Bike Rack

This is the easiest and best bike rack for a Pick up truck. Holds up to four bikes, very easy to install and remove when not in use. Also this will fold to store on your garage wall, and is light weight but durable. I had a new rack for the trailer receiver and returned it. This is a Bike rack you will not be disappointed with. *****

Perfect Fit

We tried a Thule 4 bike carrier for the rear of our truck. The bikes hung too low as if the carrier had fatigue. We spotted this 4 bike carrier for inside our truck. It came as promised, next day delivery. Installed in less than 15 minutes. We placed the front tires in first, added a padlock chain. We were on the road and our bikes locked in and secure. The six hour trip went without a hitch literally. No fears of someone coming too close to the rear of our truck and damaging our bikes. Thx!

will carry my two bikes without damage.

The package arrived in good shape, but the product had one leg put on upside down from the manufacture which caused about 20 minutes extra work on the assembly

Instructions need more details

The instructions were a bit confusing with some information let out. Some pin holes didn't line up which made it difficult to install the support bars. And the included cable only reaches across the rack, it is not long enough wrap 4 bikes and lock the ends. Other than that, a great product.

Pleased (5 star)

I have a 1995 Nissan Single cab truck. My mountain bike is a Team Breezer which is long and has big tires. The bike fits perfect due to the length of the truck bed its snaps in place without strapping it in. So I happy just snap in place and go!

Rack Rate

This item was perfect for anyone who does not want to take their bike apart and re-assembling prior to a ride, or have the bike above or below the truck bed laying on the side.

Nice bike rack!

Good rack, fits perfectly in my Dodge Ram 1500. Can't close the roll-down cover, even with the bikes out, because my bed liner makes it too tall...oh well. Assembling was a little harder than I thought it would be, so I was thankful for the online video. We have road bikes, and we only take 2 at a time if we go anywhere. If I wanted to take more, I might be concerned. The rack held the bikes fine without using the cable or any bungee straps, but we only went a few miles & didn't go fast.

Bike Rack for truck bed

we have had this rack for a little over a week and used it several times, assembly and installation was easy and quick. It looks great and seems to hold the bikes fine. The only issue I have had with it is you must be careful when putting the bike in the rack- the angled bars can hit the derailer.

Looking good!

I'm customizing this rack to ride on top of a solid tonneau. It's the only rack I've found that can do that. The custom brackets I need to go between the rack and the cargo attachment system in my truck are not finished yet, but I've been using the rack as an outdoor freestanding unit while I wait. My only issue thus far is that the process of adjusting the rack scraped paint and the spots are now rusting. I have black spray paint in the garage and il hit those spots with a fresh coat.

Almost

Sorry but you can not put the rear tire in without rubbing against the derailer. Front tire works though. You just have to tie it all down to be secure. Works but not as nice as could be. With a little re-engineering it could be great. Working on mine now.

Experienced Bike Rack User

It takes 2 people 25 minutes to assemble or 1 person all day. 4 hands are 10x faster than 2. It looks great after you get your bike in it, but to get it in, FIRST you may need to put it in the proper gear so the derailer isn't in the way. Also, you will probably need to jump up into the bed to adjust the bike in the stand. Once in, its VERY SECURE.

Awesome!

I bought this for my husband as he has just recently started biking. It's so convenient and easy to use. Just back the bike into the slot and off you go. No more using tie downs. We've had 3 bikes in it so far and I'm sure 4 will fit just fine.

More than I expected, works well and fit was nice. The only thing I did was to use 4 bunge cords one around each seat post and attached to the tire hold down clamp, bikes did not move at all.

Truck bike rack

The bike rack was very light and easy to handle. The instructions were very easy to read and follow. The rack fit very nice inside the bed of the truck and hauled the bikes very well. The price of the rack was not as expensive as I had thought.

Didn't fit

In order to get the rack into my truck bed I had to go at the rack with a hacksaw to make it smaller. I have bought most of the materials necessary to put the rack back together. It will fit the truck bed once I get it back together. The truck is a 2003 Dodge Dakota Sport with a bed liner. The AutoAnything ad did not provide the rack dimensions, just said it would fit.

The Advantage SportsRack

The bike rack is solid, well-built and was easy to install. It will basically live in the bed of my F-150 except while carrying other types of loads. I plan to use bungee cords to further stabilize the bikes when driving off road, but that is not necessary on pavement. I was surprised at the low price for a 4-bike rack. Turning the front forks to one side still leaves quite a bit of storage room in my truck's 6.5 foot bed.
