The bike rack was very easy to assemble and setup. Very easy to adjust and lock bikes down on the rack. The rack folds easily for access to the back of the vehicle. I was very impressed with the customer service from Autoanything. I received a call from them after placing an order for two bike racks to confirm that I actually wanted to buy two bike racks.

Not a lot i can add to the already great reviews. I purchased this after a lot of research. Like many, i have a limited budget for something like this. I have a 2011 Acura MDX with a Draw Tite hitch. This rack fits great, and the clearance allows me to fold it up and lock it in place when not in use and it clears my bumper by a few inches. With four bikes loaded (3 adult, 1 kid), this thing does not rattle or move much. All in all, extremely happy with the rack and with AutoAnything.

PROS: - Very secure. Bike do not bounce around at all and there are no worries for bumpy roads or long trips - Takes 10-15 minutes to align tire holders for all bikes, but once done, bikes are easy and quick to load CONS: - The pins that hold the posts upright for the hooks are terrible. They do NOT easily go in or out when putting the posts up or taking them down. Both pins were attached to the rack with a wire and both wires have broke from trying to pull out - little rust after 4 month

Excellent quality, nice to have an included cable and hitch pin lock. A little heavy for frequent on/ off installation. Take a little time and figure out the best way to load all 4 bikes than load that same way each time. With the uprights folded down, most hatch backs should open. Definitely a high quality product.

I bought this rack because I liked the fact that it looked like a robust design I got the four place unit and installed it on a 2011 Toyota Sienna and installed a bike closest to the hatch and found that the handle bars hit the hatch glass if the connecting tube that goes into the receiver was 3" longer this would not be a problem overall I like the rack.

I have friends that own other brands of the same type of rack. They paid more than double for each of theirs. This rack is great! it has a slight uphill rise as it goes back to avoid rubbing the ground leaving parking lots etc. Holds bikes from my daughters little 12" to my full suspension mountain bike with ease. Awesome rack, can't be beat for the price!!

The swagman is build strong and adjust to fit our bikes great with little movement. Even when bikes are not in the rack it doesn't bounce around or stick out too much. I have no concerns traveling on our cross country trip with bikes on the back. Deffinently work the money.
