Like everything about it, but seems a little loose in hitch. This may be due to not using supplied bolt for hitch, I'm using hitch pin.

First hitch mounted bike carrier I've ever owned. So far it is easy to use. The assembly directions aren't as clear as they could be but it was all together is less than 30 minutes. It appears to be of high quality but only time will tell. I like it more than any truck mount carrier I have...good product so far.

I am impressed with the quality and finish of this rack. It took some manipulation of some bikes to get onto the rack because of the irregular bike frames. But if you have standard frames with no shocks or steep angles (women's frames) they should fit better. My kids bikes are also a little small but I flipped them upside down and then used a bungee cord to further secure them and everything rode fine for about three hours of driving. It fit snug and did not rattle or make any noise driving.
