Thule T2 Hitch Mount Bike Rack

Thule 916XT Bike Carrier

This is an excellent bike carrier. Bikes are protected, secure, and you can put them on and take them off in a flash. I guess the only drawback would be the application and removal of the carrier itself to/from the vehicle. It is heavy (50 lbs.)and requires a wrench. So if you don't want to drive around with it all of the time, it becomes a pain to put on and take off. You should ask yourself a question about how much you are going to use it. I use this carrier primarily for long distance transport of my bikes, and a lighter hitch mounted bike rack (frame hang) for shorter day to day use. The price of this carrier is a little steep too, but I am still pleased with the purchase. View more reviews...

Thule EasyFold XT 2

Great bike rack

Love that it folds up for storage and easy to move with the wheels. It accommodates our heavier bikes which is why we got it. It also has a little ramp which hell's loading a heaving bike. I highly recommend this rack. View more reviews...

INNO Tire Hold II Hitch Bike Rack

Close to perfection... I'm buying another for my other car!

I got the 4-bike rack and it's no exaggeration to call it life changing! Our old Yakima hanging rack was a nightmare in comparison and made loading the bikes a lengthy and tedious chore. The Inno is a breeze and is much more secure and gentle on the bikes. My only gripe is that it's extremely heavy so getting it attached to the car is really a two person job. We just leave it on all the time as it still offers very easy access to the rear hatch of our SUV. View more reviews...

Two Wheels or Four? Why Not Both? Let’s Talk Bike Racks

Earlier last year I found myself pretty listless and frankly down in the dumps. Call it the COVID blues, or quarantine gloom. I just couldn’t get very motivated to do much of anything. I was complaining about this to my buddy, and he said, “You used to be big into mountain bikes, why don’t you […] The post Two Wheels or Four? Why Not Both?
