Close to perfection... I'm buying another for my other car!

I got the 4-bike rack and it's no exaggeration to call it life changing! Our old Yakima hanging rack was a nightmare in comparison and made loading the bikes a lengthy and tedious chore. The Inno is a breeze and is much more secure and gentle on the bikes. My only gripe is that it's extremely heavy so getting it attached to the car is really a two person job. We just leave it on all the time as it still offers very easy access to the rear hatch of our SUV.

    Doesn't get any easier!

What I love: place one tire in the holder and let go. 4 bikes is a matter of offsetting the tire holders. Nothing touches the frame, the bikes do not touch each other. Bikes off, fold down tire holders, pull lever to position bike rack up and out of the way in a minute. What I don't love: Its bulky and not easy to lift and insert into the hitch receiver. I wish it broke down into a 2 bike holder. Most of the time I am only hauling 1 to 2 bikes. Its expensive, but worth it!

    Great bike rack

Really nice rack. Easy to assemble and use. Be careful to align the screws with the support arms. I had trouble with one but was able to get the screw in with correct alignment.

    INNO rack review

I received the INNO rack a couple weeks ago. It was easy to put together and packaging was amazingly well thought out. The rack seems like it will wobble a little but really works great. I have noticed no wobble at speed. I have carbon bikes so I wanted a no frame touch rack. The rack holds the bike well and is easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that there is a lot of plastic. Albeit it seems to be very high quality plastic it might not last.

    Great bike rack!`

This INH142 bike rack for 4 bikes was easy to install, but it could have been easier with text type directions in addition to the graphics. The graphics seem to be for an international audience where some additional text could have made things that much easier. I went to the INNO website and there is a video that cleared up some questions I had. Have not taken a trip yet, but so far am very pleased with this bike rack.

    EBike approved

Since I've bought my EBike I was doing research on what rack I could put the 50lb bike on, I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this rack it holds my bike and it looks nice also stated EBike approve. I will be buying the two bike holder really soon.

    Wow!

I did a lot of research; even talked to customer service of a competitor manufacturer. This one was the best. Frame secured by both tire clamps. Easy to tighten up. Ease of folding forward. Easily handles my two 55 pound ebikes. ( can hold two 60 pound bikes). Super design. Don't hesitate because it's not one of the two big brands. Doesn't seem to affect my hybrid mileage.
