Great pad for the money. Long life. This is my 2nd pair. Nothing bites as well as the stock brembo pads but for half the price & twice the life. They are almost as good if not better when you look at all the factors. If I had to guess they probably add 3ft to ur breaking from 60 in a panic stop. Running summer tires so they probably make those 3 ft back up.

Hawk HPS pads are the best I've ever used. I thought other brake pads like the EBC Green Stuff would be just as good, since it won some awards. I also purchased the EBCs to save about $20 because these Hawk pads are over 100 dollars, but it wasn't worth it. EBCs had a lot of brake squeal, even with grease, and after the burn in. The Hawk pads required a very light burn in, absolutely no squeaks and the performance is amazing. The brakes respond quickly, and there is much more modulation with these. I've had Hawk pads on my 350Z before and I was equally impressed at the increase in performance over the stock pads. If you are looking to upgrade stopping power, this is the quickest and cheapest way without needing to get cross-drilled rotors or a big brake kit.

So far so good. They have great stopping power and dust is very minimal. So far I am very pleased. Haven't had the opportunity to use them in an emergency type situation but I'm sure they will do a great job. Put these on an 2007 Acura TL Type S.

I was quoted $195 for a factory issue pair of front pads fro my 2007 Acura TL Type S. Started looking around for other reputable brands and someone recommended HAWK. My mechanic installed them in 40 minutes and immediately I noticed a difference. Good initial bite, minimal fading, low brake dust. Only thing I could complain about was a little bit of noise the first couple of hundred miles(goes away eventually). Best part is, I saved $100 and still got great pads.

The brakes were noisy after driving on them for about 20 miles each day. However, It seems the noise does not occur anymore after driving on these brakes for about 2 months now. The dust has been reduced compared to the stock pads and the braking is probably about the same as the stock brembo pads. Overall, I would buy them again but I would also consider greenstuff if they are available.

I had read reviews of these pads and most agree that the stopping ability outweighs the noise issue. I am hoping mine are getting better. There was a slight squeek at low speeds when I first put them on. Now it is sporatic after a week or so. Seems more often when they are hot. A good pad for the money, but they really should be able to solve the noise problem. Then halk would have a flawless pad! I will be listening to my breaks for a while...

Great pads. Much less brake dust than I expected from a high performance pad. I have the 6 speed manual transmission TL which comes with Brembo brakes and these pads perform as well or better than the factory setup with MUCH LESS brake dust.
