Replaced my stock 2013 Accord front pads and rotors with EBC Red pads and EBC premium rotors due to vibration at speed. I chose the Red pads after speaking with EBC about initial bite (esp. cold/wet) and noise. I was assured Red was the way to go and am happy I did. Initial bite is better than stock, perhaps even a touch grabby, which is better than weak like ceramic pads. There as been no noise, although I reused the OEM shims (I wish EBC included). Slightly more dust, but that is ok.

I have installed EBC brake pads on all 3 of my vehicles. They are noticeably effective and significantly shortens your stopping distance. Even my daughter who knows nothing about cars noticed the improvement.

I put 500 miles a weekend for UBER, and do a lot of stops and starts. The EBC pads have a great feel and stop on a dime. The the front pads lasted about 40,000 miles. Brake dust did build up on the front wheels after a couple days. I have the EBC slotted rotors, and OEM calipers. Rear pads will be replaced in the next 5,000 miles. Overall the pads are worth the money. Easy to install.

Exactly what I needed. I drive aggressively but do not race my vehicle. For aggressive street driving these red stuff brake pads, paired with the EBC slotted rotors have been a great addition to my accord. The factory Honda rotors warp and get hot spots very easily resulting in the dreaded shake. The amount of brake dust does not seem to be largely increased with these pads either.

These are a very good pad for the spirited/ weekend warrior driver. It has very good cold and hot characteristics and is very predictable. It has a great initial bite and very little brake fade. I highly recommend this pad for those who prefer braking performance over the look of their wheel. As with any good performing brake pad, a lot of dust will result. Keep that in mind when considering buying these pads.
