I have a 1 ton truck that is primarily used for towing and hauling. I can stop in almost half the distance of stock with the breaks and drilled/slotted rotors. Lovin it! Won't go back to stock again!

This is my 3rd set over the last few years. I pulled a 31ft travel over 6000 miles , some over the mountain highways. These are the best brakes and rotors to stop a loaded truck. I first learned of these in Trailer Life Magazine. The writer was correct in his advice.

I won't say "stops on a dime" because it is so cliche and totally unbelievable when we're talking a 7,500 lb truck..... but...... when you need some serious "whoa" these pads will give it to you! Dust is comparable to OEM pads, meaning if dust bothers you, might want to go with a Green EBC compound. But if stopping power is paramount, this is the golden (yellow) ticket!!

I have been an aircraft mech for years. I have done all maint on my vehicles since i was 16. I've been doing research online for all parts latly. The parts purchaced locally are of poor chineese quality. A job done is only as good as the parts used. After doing the last brake job on my wifes car with so called quality parts purchaced locally, those parts were terrible in performance and appearance. The Centric anti corrosion rotors and yellow stuff pads have absolutly the HIGHEST COEFICIENT OF FRICTION of any brake parts i have ever used. My truck is an 04 dodge ram 3500 srw crew cab 6 speed manual xmsn.In my life I've done aprox 25 brake jobs and never had as good results as i have had with these parts. Not exzagerating at all, aprox 6-8 lbs of force on the brake pedal would most likely make the antilock sys kick in. In todays market you can save a couple of bucks and get exactly what you paid for (crap) or use your head and spend a little more and get twice the life out of good quality components. do the math and see who actually gets screwed

Installed yellowstuff after running greenstuff pads for about 40k on my 07 dodge ram diesel2500.they grab noticeably better than the greenstuff pads which was what I was after since i'm stopping 40 inch tires.there is more dust created but its worth the trade off.

I recently purchased a full set for my '05 Ram 3500 dually and must say the stopping power is far better than the stock. Instant response and smoothness and feel no drag and now that I have had them on for a week and they are broke/bedded in they are very quiet and I would purchase these again....

I installed Yellow Stuff pads on the front of my 08 Ram 3500 Dually. The stock pads were gone a 48K miles, it now stops better than when it was brand new. It took several hundred miles before the brakes stopped squeeking, but not all is good.

I got the yellowstuff brake pads for the front and the regular ultimate brake pads for the rear (since the rear brakes don't do as much work). All installed quick and easily with perfect fit. These brakes will give you whip lash after about 3 days of use when the break-in material wears off. So glad I got these brake pads.
