Good Recovery

Reviewed By Gerard B (Mundelein, IL) Reviewed for a 2005 Mazda 6 —9/29/2007 5:50 PM

Combined these rotors with Akebono ceramic pads and found the performance to be excellent. Good stopping power and good recovery time with no fade. There is some of the noise I read about in other reviews, but not enough to offset the performance gains. The finish looks great and should stay that way for a while. We'll see how a Chicago winter treats them.

Better stopping than the stock Mazda rotors

Reviewed By Tiffany P (Fountain Valley, CA) Reviewed for a 2016 Mazda 6 —4/2/2018 5:43 AM

Highly recommend. I've been a sometimes-spirited driver Before switching to this with the EBC Green stuff pads. I've had two Mazdas. Warped rotors seem to be a thing with these cars. 2013 mazda3 bought used had already-warped rotors at 34k, and this leased Mazda6 started showing warping before 18k. I think it took a lot longer to seat this setup since I've calmed down on the hard braking, but there's a significant difference in the stopping power for such a baseline upgrade.
