"These are the best brake pads I've ever used. There is a noticeable increase in stopping power in my 2008 Silverado. During the break in period there was an increase in brake dust, but now it's less. My OEM pads could not be compared to these! If I hit the brakes now, the truck stops on a dime. I'd recommend these to anybody driving a Truck or SUV." —Joseph T from Tyler, TX bought an EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"Much improved over stock. Installation very straight forward took about one hour and a half. Pads and rotors excellent combo." —Nolan L from Warwick, RI bought an EBC Sport Rotors for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.

"I have enjoyed the brake kit it looks good behind my rims iv noticed that there is a little better stoping power but not what I was expecting. Over all it was a better upgrade then stock brakes and it fit the budget as well so I would recommend the power stop kit" —Joshua J P from Holly Springs, NC bought a Power Stop Brake Kit for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.

"Installed these pads & Power Slot Slotted Rotors on the front of my Silverado. Easy installation in about 30-35 minutes. Combined with the rotors, they are an exellent match up so far but only have about 350 miles on the set up right now. Would buy both products again. Make sure to follow direction on breaking the pads in properly." —Andrew A from Dublin, GA bought a Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.

"I upgraded my rotors and was looking for a good set of pads to match. I had originally purchased a set of Wagner thermoquiet pads, but they were very noisy. I then replaced them with the hawk pads. This solved the noise issue and they also seem to grab better. 2k miles no complaints so far. The only issue I ran into was during installation I had to grind off a little of the powdercoating on the pads where they mounted onto the slides because they were to tight." —Jamie S from Hamburg, NY bought a Hawk LTS Brake Pads for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"Just installed for a week now, so far don't have much to say about durability or quality as of today(2/23). Very easy for the do it yourselfers." —Frank B from Billings, MT bought a Hawk HP Superduty Brake Pads for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"at 44,000 turned rotors installed ebc front pads, reg cab short bed sports truck now!!! these pads are phenomenal, what a difference in grab,,,,,, now im upgrading my 12 Camaro ss with green stuff, highly recommended,,,," —David M from Saint Charles, MO bought an EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"A great upgrade from stock. Slotted rotors react much better to rain. No gassing, better control when towing a trailor. Manufacturers should make these stock items..." —Patrick A from Orange City, FL bought an EBC Ultimax Slotted Rotors for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.

"These pads came brand new still in the box and in plastic. The brake pads have not disappointed as they were anexact OEM replacement and have been working great!!" —Lloyd K from Bossier City, LA bought a Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

Power Stop Autospecialty Brake Kits

If brake jobs weren't easy enough! This kit is AMAZING!

My brakes on my 2500 HD were shaky, realized the one caliper was busted, spoke with a coworker he said check out power stop, complete kit. It seemed too good to be true everything except the tools for around $200. I was skeptical. I installed both the left and right side in a matter of 3-4 hours, bled them, looked at them, drove on them and stopped with them. I am IMPRESSED!! Fantastic complete set! BUY THESE! I will never buy just the rotors, pads again, full set with calipers always! View more reviews...

EBC Premium Rotors

Upgraded Performance

When it came time to replace the rotors on my 98 Cherokee TJ I was looking for quality, performance and value. EBC hits the mark in all 3categories. Very happy with my selection and recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their braking system without breaking the budget. View more reviews...

EBC Sport Rotors

Rotors & pads

Have only put on about 100 miles and are still being "bedded" in. Seem to use less pedal pressure to stop than stock pads and rotors. Bought them for towing with our 2500 Silverado. They are spendy, for sure. View more reviews...

Motorsports for the Masses: Getting Started in RallyCross

CASCADE, MONTANA It’s a blustery day in Montana east of the Continental Divide. But that’s normal. All winter the wind runs hard down the Rocky Mountains and across the wide unbroken plains, scouring the landscape. Where the wind stops I don’t know – there’s not much between here and the Atlantic – but where I’m […] The post Motorsports for the Masses: Getting Started in RallyCross appeared first on AutoAnything Resource Center.
