Description:

Any time you hit the pavement, a set of reliable brakes are essential for high-performance driving. For cooler rotors that sport slotted stealth, look no further than EBC Ultimax Slotted Rotors. Constructed from high-quality gray iron, these slotted rotors significantly improve your vehicle’s brake performance, no matter how many sudden stops you make. You can depend on EBC Ultimax rotors to deliver world-class braking performance without all the high-pitched screeching that often ensues with stock rotors.

EBC Ultimax Blackdash Slotted Vented Rotors provide a way for gasses to easily escape, thanks to their precision-cut slots. They also eliminate moisture and debris, which could eventually result in brake fade. The design also ensures a high-performance, ultra-quiet rotor, so you don’t think twice about squealing brakes.

Invest in EBC USR rotors to achieve even pad wear and consistent braking every time. Best of all, these EBC Slotted Rotors are backed by a 12-month/10,000-mile warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the rotors rust?
All "swept surfaces" of any steel based rotor will rust, however non friction surfaces will maintain a thermic black coating for maximum protection against rust and corrosion. These typically will look great for years.

What's the advantage of a slotted rotor?
The basic idea is to vent gas away and renew the pad surface to prevent pad glazing which could otherwise have a negative affect on performance.

What' the warranty?
Six months from date of purchase or 10,000 miles of highway use, whichever comes first

Can I turn or resurface these rotors?
Sure, you can turn or resurface these rotors as long as they are still within their minimum thickness specification, noted on the perimeter of the rotor. We don’t recommend turning rotors unless you absolutely don’t have another choice. You lose thermal capacity making them prone to "warp" again that much sooner, plus the hassle of the labor involved to remove the rotors in the first place with no guarantees of a "fix".

Are the rotors balanced?
Yes, they are balanced to ensure smooth operation and rotation

Don't assume

I bought these when a brake package upgrade I bought only cake with front slotted rotors do I ordered these rotors to go along with it. When they came they were perfect but the stupid package I got through Chevy the rotors were metal in color and my car's Black & these rotors are black so I ordered front ones now as well. When the came and I brought to dealer to have installed the calipers front fit over? But look exactly like the ones the package came with. Possibly dealer Is trying to screw me

Very happy so far.

These rotors have only been on the car for a short time, but the look is great and they work well for the street. Good feel and no grab. So far only street use, no track days yet.

EBC Ultimax Slotted Rotors

Purchased for my pampered chevy Avalanche with 29,000 miles. The original rotors rusted and the car is always garage kept and never sees snow and only a few times in the rain. Now with these EBC rotors the truck stops nice and smoothly and no shutter & shake! Will consider these for my other cars when the need arises!

Easy install and good performance

Great option to replace the stock rotors. Have to give Hyundai the credit for easily maintained brake design but love the EBC rotors. Replaced front rotors and pads in about 3 hours. Not sure why the black enamel which wears off immediately but noticed a great improvement in stopping performance with the new rotors and pads from EBC.

Much Needed Upgrade for Honda Odyssey

If you're tired of continually warped Honda OE rotors on your Odyssey, these were VERY easy to install and appear to address the issue. Time will tell how well they do and their lasting power but they are great right out of the box. Would look for a drilled and slotted set if I were to put on another set.

Not quite right

Stopping distance is better than OEM parts. Significant vibration at 75-80 mph that was not there before installing these rotors with new pads.

EBC Ultimax-2011 Charger R/T Max 5.7

This is my second set of EBC Ultimax Rotors on the front end, and the first time for the rear, along with now deciding to use their Red Stuff Ceramic pads all the way around. On the last set of Ultimax rotors for the front, i got 80k out them before a caliper went bad due to corrosion/road salt. They were awesome and that's why I went with them again-especially all the way around. The break in was easy-200 miles of easy driving followed by 5 hard slow-downs from 60 to 20mph. Thanks AA again!
