Installation was smooth. Definitely a two person job for hanging the shell. Dont like the fact that grill mounts need to be removed for installation so now the grill bounces around (not bad but it is noticable.) Fit is not perfect, there is well over 1/2 inch of gap between fender and bumper and grill and bumper so modifications were needed to get a tighter fit to the body lines. In all this is a nice bumper and recommend anybody to buy it.

I have a Toyota Tundra and when I put the wench and bumper on it did not cause the front of the truck to sag at all and I expected it to. The wench is much easier to install when you leave the bumper off and just put the wench cradle on the truck but you can fit the x2o 10000 lbs wench in the cradle while the bumper in on, just lift the hood.

I actually bought a competitors bumper and had to return it because it fit so poorly. The Smittybilt bumper fit perfectly and had plenty of adjustment to hone in the fit. Instructions were top notice and detailed. Only complaint would be the replacemtn fog lights require cutting the factory harness, and they didn't come with mounting bolts.

It took about 3 weeks from order to delivery which is exactly what i was told. The bumper quality is excelent. It is very stout and sturdy and should stand up to just about anything you would want to throw at it. I just bought a winch to mount up inside of it so I am pretty happy.
