If you have a passenger van, like mine, the install takes a good bit of cutting, fitting and punching holes for seat mount bolts. I'm very impressed with how difficult it is to cut this material. Seems like it would work for bullet proof vests. I tried tin snips, shears, wood chisels, pocket knife (which worked best) drill bits, pretty much emptied the tool box. Finally resorted to a grommet set punch and small pocket knife. The surface is very slippery when new. So far, so good.
