Great cooling fan

Reviewed By MIGUEL M (NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV) Reviewed for a 2011 Toyota Tundra —12/3/2013 9:01 PM

Hi my name is Miguel. I just want to say that I'm happy with the electric fan I bought its been a week ago I installed it. And is still working great. My only problem is that I live in the desert and in the summer gets really hot. So I'm going to purchase a second fan. Thank you *2011 TOYOTA TUNDRA clutch fan removed *

Works great

Reviewed By Murphy J (Independence, MO) Reviewed for a 2000 Toyota Tundra —4/15/2011 9:00 PM

Installing the fan wasn't too much fun, but it works great. It seems like there is much more air being blown on the motor and the motor runs freer without having to turn the belt driven fan. I'm getting two more mpg. It's quite, and it doesn't run all the time. Performance wise my truck is noticeable quicker, but I can't say I've gained 18 horse power as I have read in one sales ad. Bottom line I am very happy with the fan.

5.7 Hemi

Reviewed By Steve G (Marysville, WA) Reviewed for a 2015 Dodge Ram —5/9/2018 8:20 PM

It's amazing how much power you lose with an old mechanical fan. I've noticed a difference in the low end torque of my Dodge Ram since I removed the mechanical fan and replaced it with this fan. The air conditioner also runs quite a bit cooler. There's a reason the 2019 Ram Hemis are going to be coming out with an electrical fan,MORE POWER. I haven't had it long enough to say whether or not it will save on fuel my guess is that I will notice one maybe two miles to the gallon more.
