Just bought my Jeep and wanted to protect the nose end. The AVS Bug Deflector was the perfect choice! Was relatively easy to install and works great. I also wanted to give my Jeep a little "flair" and it really looks great.

I got mine because of what it is a bug deflector. Does a great job on rocks too. I tow my jeep behind my motorhome and it helps with the rocks and dirt.

Straight forward instructions. I drilled a small pilot hole which was good idea'r cause self tap screws go in easier - but do not drill to far. Very short screws though - after going thru plastic and tape not much thread left for hood. Plastic screws are worthless - I think they are for alignment only (might replace later with better ones or nut & bold)I needed more alcohol to clean that the 1 small packet they provided (go to 1$ store and buy rubbing alcohol) Last step - do in warm weather.

Received the product sooner than I anticipated. Very easy to install. No measuring was necessary because it fit snuggly into the contours of the hood. A drill bit size in the directions may be helpful to some. The deflector looks great and adds a little something to a rather plain front end.
