First one arrived freight damaged. All went smoothly to replace it. Unpackaged the replacement and found screws were provided to screw into undrilled metal of the hood. I had thought it was a no-drill / no metal screw installation. I stopped and have not installed the unit. Didn't want to go through a returned product hassle since I unpacked it already.

My bug deflector adds character to the truck, and also keeps more bugs from hitting my windshield, not to mention the cool look and sleek design!

Took about thirty minutes to install, the instructions slowed me down. The end tabs are really difficult to install but that is necessary to hold the ends in place. Get some one to hold on place while installing outside tabs first, this works best since you will have to drill for middle tabs.

On the Chevy Colorado you will need to do some minor drilling in the inner hood panel and feed between the Hood Seal. The end retainers use a Clip that slides over the Hood with some applied 3M "Scratch protector sheets" - make sure you open the clips to fit the hood thickness first or you could do some damage. Pretty easy install & looks great.
