I have a WeatherTech deflector on an older van and thought this would be the same. It is with one exception. This one does not have drain holes built in to allow water to drain out. I had to cut channels myself. Seems to me a design oversight.

The deflector was easy to install; seems to be very sturdy---quiets wind noise, especially when I don't want to open the sunroof all the way. I have been using the WeatherTech deflectors on my cars for many years because the hold up well. I would not hesitate to recommend this brand to others---never had a problem yet.

I do believe that two people will make this installation easier, but I did eventually get it installed only to find out that I didn't have it perfectly aligned with the distance from the front corner on each side to the top of the windshield. So I start over. Getting the screw/latch to stay connected was a little difficult, but in the end all is as it should be and it looks great. Also, the wind noise has been reduced by 90+% and there is NO wind buffeting. It is a great product.

screws need re-tightening for deflector to sit properly. plastic screw inserts can strip out if not careful. really helps with excess noise. costlier than most, but screw down system is better that double back tape.
