Bug Deflectors Provide Hood and Windshield Protection

Starting off is the ever present hood deflector. Also referred to as bug deflectors, hood protectors, and rock deflectors, these devices attach to the front lip of the hood of your vehicle and help direct wind up and over the windshield and roof of the vehicle. They essentially use this air flow to push debris over the vehicle so grime, rocks, and bugs don’t attack and stick to your vehicle. Helping you keep the paint on your hood and windshield free from bug splatter and rock chips. Made out of high grade abs plastics and acrylics, these deflectors are contoured and preformed to precisely fit your vehicle. Bug deflectors come in many colors and styles like tinted, camouflage, and chrome.

Side Window Deflectors for Air Deflection

To go along with your new hood deflector, you can get matching side window deflectors. These window rain guards can be had for your side windows, sunroof, and even rear window. Also made out of high grade abs plastics and acrylics, these handy devices can keep rain out of your vehicle if you are one to like some fresh air ventilation while driving. They can also help keep down wind noise and buffeting by changing the way the wind passes over the open windows. A helpful note, these side window deflectors won’t stop water and debris from entering a fully open window. They can help with wind deflection on a fully open window, but to help protect from rain and debris there is usually a sweet spot of partially open window that deflectors perform at their most optimal.

Wind Deflectors for Convertible Protection

The car where you really could use wind deflectors is a convertible. Just imagine a perfect summer's evening; you put the top down, turn on your favorite tunes, and start cruising into town, then the wind noise starts ruining not only the bumping tunes, but also your and your passenger’s hair. These convertible wind blockers are custom made to each vehicle make and model for precise fitment and optimal wind blocking. They stop the vortex of wind coming over the windshield and flowing back into the passenger compartment. By blocking this effect, you are able to have a calmer environment inside your vehicle allowing for easier conversation and more enjoyment of your favorite music. These deflectors also come in a wide variety of shapes and designs including engravings to match you vehicle and your personal style.

All our bug deflectors, window rain guards side window deflectors come with mounting hardware and/or strong two sided adhesive to attach them to your vehicle. Picking the right wind deflectors for your vehicle and your needs can be difficult with such a large selection of options. Our experts are here if you need help finding just the right deflectors for you.

AVS External Mount Vent Visors

Great for the money and serviceable

Window vents shipped and arrived in a timely fashion. Only issue i had was that the lower edges of the visors had a sharp edge as if it was broken off from a mold and not de-burred or a trim knife ran over the edge. Only took a moment for me to de-burr edge but it is something i would expect to be done from factory. Fit my 2004 Suburban perfect. View more reviews...
