Great product for my 2011 Siera. The hardware supplied is subpar. The rubber inserts used to tighten it down are a great design, but I had to swap some of the "short" and "long" ones in order for it to work. The short bolts were difficult to use with the rubber inserts because the washers supplied didn't allow the washer/bolt to lay flat so the bolt wasn't long enough to reach the nut in the rubber grommet. Replaced with smaller washer and got it to work. Longer bolts would have solved this.

Got black one for my 2014 RAM 1500, fit is perfect. I remember reading posts about having to use a mallet to get the ends in (maybe I'm remembering a different guard, not sure), but this one fit very easily into the factory holes under your hood. I had to get some washers to shim under my hood latch bolts so it would hang down farther from the hood, otherwise hood wouldn't fully latch closed with this installed, but its understandable and reasonable quick fix.
