The cover is very well built and is beautiful to look at. But it's not with out is faults. First of all, unlike the G2 it doesn't not come with a gasket not is it much larger than the stock cover it replaces. I bought the cover thinking I would increase the fluid capacity and have the rear end run cooler. It might be slightly larger but not as big as the G2, nor does it have cooling fins to help with temp control. I'm towing a toy hauler and temp is the main concern. I also had leaking problems. The G2 is a really nice cover, fit perfect and is a quality made product! It looks badass on my 2016 Silverado. It was an easy install and allows for more differential oil for better cooling of my 4.56 gears I installed. Came with everything needed, gasket and bolts and wrench to tighten bolts.
