Pretty easy to install and looks nice. Needs two things- 1. A wider profile and a contour so it snugs up against the headliner better and provides a little more shelf space and 2. Pre-drilled holes and bolts to relocate the visor retaining clips. Simple enough to mark and drill holes to relocate the retaining clips. I think it's overpriced by about 30%, though. It seems more like a $50 or less add on. I mounted a backup camera on mine, but it shakes too much to work without more modification

I installed this product on my e250 cargo van. It installed easily and adds a nice amount of storage for smaller items. The only negatives I have is that there are no pre drilled holes for the inside visor clamps (easily fixed by drilling own hole). Also, The rear of the shelf is open, but I remedied the problem by using the foam bad as a backer. All in all I would recommend this product.

I don't know what kind of rifle is goint to fit/ lay on this shelf. Maybe a BB gun, certanily not a scoped weapon. As far as keeping documents etc on it... Really? That dosent work eihter. There is too much of a gap between the shelf and the windshield. Everything slides right off. Don't try to keep your registration etc there unless you want it all over your dash. Great idea, too bad, this just dosen't deliver as promised in the ad. My friends all got a good laugh at my expense though, so they send thier thanks.
