Not an exact fit, corners let light in, but adequate enough to block 95% of direct sunlight. I have one for ML320 & it is an exact, much better fit.

It fits my car perfectly & truly makes the vehichle cooler by using it. I would say there is at least a 15 degree difference in my car from ourside. It is compact when rolled up for storage and has nice thick insulation on it. It was well worth the $39.95 price that I paid for it, & I would recommend it to anyone who wants to protect thier car interior from harmful UV rays of the sun.

It's only worth the money if you want the best `LOOKING' sun shade out there. There are many cheaper sun shades out there that fit great and work just as well but this is the only one that looks this good.
