This is a great idea and looks good also. The only problem you may encounter is to remove the battery from the car first since the hook part of the new rods have very tight clearances.

The Braille battery mount hardware, which were self tapping screws are certainly not adequate to secure a 21 pound 12v battery. The aluminum mount itself was not symetrical from side to side. One side was great, with striaght lines and good bends and the other side looked it wasn't manufactured properly.
