I used a local muffler shop to install this, they did a good job though. My gas mileage has increased a good bit as well had an incremental increase in power and torque, it's hard, really, to gauge these without a dyno. It sounds great, everyone loves it. Most say it "sounds nothing like a 4Runner". My only complaint is the baffle within the muffler as this is a single entrance and exit muffler but the muffle itself has a dual chamber construction inside. Noise will be fixed with insulation.

Bought the black tip with 2.75 inlet and 4 inch outlet, had to cut about 4 inches off the existing tip to get it on far enough that it didn't stick out. I'm not a big gear head, but just went to auto zone and rented an exhaust pipe cutter and the whole process took about 15-20 minutes. Used some WD-40 and a little elbow grease to get the tip on the pipe but it ended up looking awesome and I've gotten many compliments!
