This was the deep sound I was looking for. Definitely turns heads but doesn't annoy you on the highways. I get that rumble when I reached highway speeds and no drone. I'm very happy with my muffler. The wife likes it too, so that's a bonus.

I wanted a better roar to my HEMI R/T, but no drone was a big thing for me. The Super 40 and 44 are much more aggressive, but everyone complained about drone. To me, it is not worth the headache on the highway. The 50 Series isn't that much louder than my stock suitcase during normal driving, but it roars louder at startup and is nice and loud at WOT. I have a K&N CAI and can tell you the CAI and mufflers are a perfect pair for those who can sacrifice a quieter muffler for no drone.

Order procedure was simple and fast... AutoAnything's price was the absolute cheapest I could find... Shipping was quick and FREE, FREE, FREE... I took them to my muffler guy for installation on my wife's '96 Roadmaster Wagon... swapped out the mufflers and eliminated the resonators... sounds GREAT!! Increase in performance was immediate (smoother and more responsive without a doubt)... the 50 Series give you that deep mellow tone without excessive interior noise... what more could you ask?

Used the Flowmaster web site for loudness comparison and actually thought the muffler was much louder than anticipated. I kept the mufflers but reinstalled my resonators ('06 Magnum RT). All is well. Midrange torque seems markedly improved - you can distinctly feel it.
