Quality piece and comes with everything you need. However it is a little shorter up to the manifolds than the stock one so it is touching my transmission lines. I had to wrap the y pipe and transmission lines to try and keep them from overheating. Although I am hooking it to stock manifolds and eventually swapping those out too so hopefully that will give it more space.

No instructions came with the pipe. A Midas shop chose to use a torch to bend the pipe in three places so they could make it fit, kinking the tubing. It didn't seal up with the manifold on one side so it's ruined. I'll be looking for another Y pipe, perhaps custom made locally. This one's too tricky and [some] mechanics aren't smart enough to figure it out. Also the cat was different than in the photo and much smaller.

If you think this Y pipe will bolt right on to your stock tailpipe and exhaust you are wrong. The picture shows a direct fit replacement Y pipe. What you get has no flange on the end to bolt to a stock type muffler. I have a high performance Gibson exhaust and now I will have to cut the flange off the end to get it to fit the Bassani pipe. Also my Y pipe has no air tube so I will have to block off the air tube that is welded to the Bassani pipe. The quality of the Bassani pipe is very good but why should I have to butcher my $350.00 Gibson tailpipe to get it to fit when the picture they show is a picture of an exact fit pipe. Give me the Y pipe in the picture and I will be satisfied. 1992 Ford Bronco.
