Reviving The hot Rod Sound

In my late 70's I think back over the things I enjoyed over the years. One fond memory is that of the power and sound from a motor. I bought the Gibson stainless dual catback system for my Chevy truck based on previous experience with Gibson and find that, along with a modified intake, throttle response is increased and the sound is exactly what I was looking for. This system can be fairly loud but can also be quiet with judicial pressure on the accelerator

Great exhaust!

This thing really brings the rumble to the truck. Ordered the stainless steel model at $260 less.....AutoAnything price matched with another site. I preferred to order from AA as they've always shipped quickly and had great deals. The actual installation was kind of difficult and took me about 2 1/2 hours. This was because the truck was on ramps and not a lift. You will need to cut the muffler out to remove. The rubber hanger is cheap but works. Great deal and sounds as good as the pricier ones.

Didnt work out!

I have a 2007 silverado 2500hd. This system was supposed to fit but it wasnt even close. Thank god I ordered from auto anything and they took care of it right away! I would recommend if you have the same truck to make sure exaclty what exhaust yours needs.

I purchased a stainless split rear exhaust. It's a little load for me at 1700-1800 rpm but overall it sounds really good. Nice quality product and easy to install. I recommend this system.

Great performance for the value

Installed this system on 2008 silverado 5.3, systems sounds great, installed easily, only one minor complaint, rubber bushing for hanger that was supplied by gibson to light duty , I went to oem for great completion to the kit, oem cost an additional 11.00. Looks and sounds great...
