Very easy to install I performed the install by myself only needed help for the end when I was aligning the tips. Sound is great not to soft and not overly aggressive just right. No drone when the truck drops into 4 cylinder mode which is why I bought this one. Cruising at highway speeds you only get a whisper from the exhaust note until you get on it then it lets loose. As far as fuel economy gains I can't tell since it sounds so good I have trouble staying off the gas pedal.

Had my mechanic friend install the exhaust for me. He said it was easy to do. The fit and finish is good. Looks great on my 07 silverado. The exaust note is mild. Has a nice aggressive note on acceleration. Love it. I searched exhausts and listen to many exhaust sound bytes. Borla fit my needs and wants.

I LOVE my Borla. Had it on for a month or so now and recently added a Helix throttle body spacer and a Volant CAI. Noticeable difference in performance and MPG with this combo. I would not trade the sound of this for anything (way better than Flowmaster or Magnaflow IMO). It's a beautiful thing. It's more expensive than other systems but totally worth it once you hear how good it sounds. I did not install my self. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Best advise I can tell people is, Dont be cheap and pay a proffesional to install it, after all you all ready gave your arm for it... All kits dont fit that perfect, I had to take my truck to my freinds shop to do the final touch. My 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x2, has a stock 3'in pipe and the Borla was a 2'1/2 pipe so we had to make an adjustment at the catalytic converter to make up for that half inch other then that, it sounds great and happy with the product, and of course got a great deal with the guys from AutoAnything. Thanx...

My purchase of a Borla Performance Exhaust system for my Chevy Silverado was easy, reasonable priced, and unbelievably simple to install. I actually installed it on my garage floor, I had access to hoist''s , didn't need them, I cut the exhaust pipe so it would drop away from the cross member , that was the hardest part of the job, It sounds sweet, looks great, I have had many compliments from lots of friends. THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT.
