The Borla Exhaust that I ordered for my 2000 GMC did not disappoint. The quality was first rate. The fit and ease of installation was outstanding. The sound is perfect. It has a low growl that sounds great without being offensive. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend it to anyone looking for the best.

Forward pipe hits crossmember...had to dent it in. The muffler wouldn't sit quite level so made lining up the left exit pipe very difficult. Left tip bracket had to be cut and rewelded to make tips line up to each other. A normally one hour install took me 4 hours...this exhaust was purchased for a customer car so I lost money on labor for the excessive install time.plus I had to wait over a month for this exhaust.what a letdown I was expecting more from a borla exhaust..well I paid more for it

Borla Exhaust looks great and sounds better on a 5.3L Silverado. Looks great and sounds almost stock on a 3.4L Monte Carlo. Easy install on the Monte and a little pain on the Silverado. If the 3 inch pipe from the cat. isn't bent exactly perfect from Borla, it must be corrected or noting lines up and there are clearance problems and leaks. It's still the easiest install I've ever done. Plan on some buying exhaust rap for the right-rear shock...very little clearance.
