I have this and a cold air intake on my truck and they sound great. Not too loud unless you step on it. You always hear it a little bit, but it's not overwhelming. There is a drone when I accelerate and keep it right around 2800rpm's, but if I go either side of that speed by about 200 rpm there is little to no drone. Going down the interstate in OD anywhere between 55mph and 85mph, it is mellow and fairly quiet. I may have gained 1mpg, but it's hard to tell since I am still enjoying the sound too much at this point.

I installed it within 30 min. easy! sounds great, more power and better mpg. replaced a four year old flowmaster that rusted out. Not very happy about that. It was not stainless steel in was alluminized.

This exhaust sounds great. The sound is mellow at idle and part throttle. When you get on it, it roars nicely!! It fit real easy on the truck.

The slip connection closest to the engine would not fit over the OEM collector pipe. Had to take the assembly to my shop, use a tubing expander to balloon out the end, then tack it in place. The exhaust system is much quieter than the Flowmaster, but still performs well. This is the first bad experience I have had with Magnaflow.
