The hardest part is getting the old system off. The new system fit perfect and tucks up much higher on the jeep. According to the onboard computer the jeep gets 3 miles per gallon more but that's combined with a cold air intake also. It is just a little bit louder during acceleration, hardly noticeable at highway speeds. Highly recommended.

Easy to install, great fit, nice welds, smooth bends. I got this for my 2017 JKU because I was looking for something that would make it sound a little meaner than a mini van, but I didn't want any drone. This exhaust delivered exactly that. You get a nice exhaust note when you are on the gas, but when cruising it's as quiet as stock. Not bnoxious at all, not "ricey", and quiet enough to off-road with. Best way I can describe it is this is how it should have come out of the factory.

Fit is perfect with great clearance. Easy to install. Save vehicle's original clamp bolt and spacers as provided bolt broke during tightening. Combined system with the AfE CAI, noise level is minimal with a refined performance sound. Open throttle sounds just right with pleanty of howl! Winter gas mileage is at 18 mpg city. Very happy with product.

....about the cheapest bolt-on you can buy, and it looks like it and fits like it. You really have to crank on the clamps to get rid of the buzzing. It has a steady drone at 1800-2000 rpm. It is compact and up out of the way. DOesn't sit square under the vehicle, the stock muffler has a straight inlet and this has an angled one. But, you can't see any of it unless on your knees looking up underneath. Be careful not to cut your fingers on the punched-metal aFe logo, it has some very sharp edges.

Supper easy instillation! Takes longer to figure out how to squeeze the mounts out of old muffler than it takes to instal the new one!

Easy install, good sound without being too loud. No drone at highway speeds. "High Tuck" could actually tuck up a bit higher but it is a simple fix with a welder. 2012 JKU 3.6

I installed the AFE back axle exhaust system on my 2012 JK. The throttle responses has improved and the exhaust sound great when you give it the gas. It is not loud at idle or when you are just driving along. I do not know about gas mileage improvement but that's not why I purchased it.
